I borrowed the idea of the carrier bag from Ursula K. Le Guin, conceptually and materially, to create the 'zinebags' for my project 'STATA. Stories kept by the bodies.' They are a way of re-using materials (paper bags) to contain, carry and talk about the stories related to what sickens the world and all its inhabitants' bodies. In this instance, I investigate systemic violence which has damaging effects on such bodies. Systemic violence takes many forms one of them being collective transgenerational trauma as a result of historic occurrences as for example the so called 'witch hunts' which were in fact a genocidal persecution, torture and murder of mostly poor women and other dissident bodies. Another form is the torture, mutilation, sexual assault and murder that happened during the Spanish Civil War and the dictatorship afterwards.

Cogí prestada la idea de la bolsa transportadora de Ursula K. Le Guin conceptual y materialmente para crear los 'bolsazines' para mi proyecto 'ESTRATOS. Relatos que guardan los cuerpos'. Son una manera de reusar materiales (bolsas de papel) para contener, transportar y hablar de relatos relacionados con lo que enferma al mundo y todxs sus habitantes. En este caso, investigo las violencias sistémicas que tienen efectos deteriorantes para estos cuerpos y que toman muchas formas, siendo una de ellas el trauma transgeneracional colectivo que parte de hechos históricos como por ejemplo la llamada 'caza de brujas' que fue en realidad la persecución genocida, tortura y asesinato de mujeres en su mayoría pobres y de otros cuerpos disidentes y de momentos de represión, tortura, mutilación, agresión sexual y asesinato como ocurrió durante la Guerra Civil Española y la posterior dictadura.
