IV. Healing
With ageing the body accumulates the changes that have been produced through the passing of time. Furthermore, the female body in our patriarchal societies also acumulates the pain and suffering of discrimination, abuse and agresion. Right before my 43th birthday I relized I needed to start a healig process to rair the pain done by such accumulation. The next day Hierbas contra la tristeza. Un manual para sanar juntas. [Herbs against sadness. A manual to heal together.] by Yadira López found me. In Spetember, on the day of my birthday, I made several copies of the bookled and gifted it to all the women that walk by my side in this feminist healing process.

Con el envejecimiento el cuerpo acumula los cambios que se han producido con el paso del tiempo. Además, el cuerpo femenino en nuestras sociedades patriarcales también acumula el dolor y el sufrimiento de la discriminación, el abuso y la agresión. Justo antes de cumplir 43 años, me di cuenta que necesitaba comenzar un proceso de sanación para aliviar el dolor causado por tal acumulación. Al día siguiente Hierbas contra la tristeza. En septiembre, el día de mi cumpleaños, hice varias copias del libro y se las regalé a todas las mujeres que caminan a mi lado en este proceso de curación feminista.
